Our FDM printers
Elliptika has several FDM printer families
We have Ultimaker 3s with a dual extrusion system. this system allows for complex 3D printing using soluble materials and guaranteeing an accurate print quality down to 20 microns. this solution also makes it possible to print parts with double permittivities.
We also have a FUNMAT printer from Intamsys. It is a printer that can work with standard plastics such as PLA or ABS but also with technical plastics such as PEEK, PEI and PPSU in the interest of rising to very high temperature and also: PLA, ABS , TPU, TPE, SBS, ASA etc..
We also have classic “Artillery” printers from Sidewinter “allowing to print large parts (300 x 300 x 400 mm) from the following materials (PLA, ABS, PLA Flexible, TPU, Wood, PVA, HIPS,).
Ours SLA printers
Appeared in 1986, this method works by polymerization of liquids. An Ultra Violet laser oriented by a set of mirrors polymerizes a Photopolymer liquid, the liquid then solidifies under the effect of the laser. The board descends at each layer and then allows you to create 3D parts. Rinsing to clean the uncured liquid and placing in the oven to completely solidify the parts are however necessary at the end of printing.
We have a partnership with the company FORMLABS and we have a FORM3 printer, a FORM3L and compatible FORM3B bio printers.
